As many of you know, we have a dear friend who is an amazing baker and creates the most genius dessert tables – Jenny Keller of She’s created Simone’s birthday cake (and dessert tables) every year since Simone’s 1st birthday – and we tease that we’ll be fine to let her rest after Simone turns 21! Jenny also does all of the corporate events we produce, along with our popular annual holiday event, Santa’s Secret Workshop. My favorite part of event prep are the countless hours Jenny and I spend (until the wee hours in the morning) sending ideas back and forth, and shopping online. We have had so much fun together – it feels like we’ve known her our entire life.

We’re incredibly proud of her latest creation – a new, easy-to-follow book on creating your own fabulous dessert tables – “Eat More Dessert” by Jenny Cookies  (*And we’re giving 1 lucky winner a copy of her book! US RESIDENTS ONLY)

Here’s a little overview of “Eat More Dessert”:

EAT MORE DESSERT: More than 100 Simple-to-Make and Fun-to-Eat Baked Goods from the Baker to the Stars

From the moment we met Jenny, we knew we’d be friends for life. Not only is she incredibly talented, she’s kind and as we say “very good peeps”. I still remember my first bite of a “Jenny Cookie” – She made us the most beautiful pink owl cookies, in honor of our little lady Simone (Simone was too young to eat them at the time, but we managed to scarf down the entire batch ourselves!).

Here’s a few of Jenny’s creations…

I’m proof that Jenny can help even the most untalented of bakers… In just a very short time, she’s taught me how to create my own show stopping dessert tables! Here’s the Valentine’s Day table I created this year… thanks to a few quick lessons from Jenny!
